Doctor Steele is fantastic. are dog right in on an emergency situation cannot say enough about their service. If you’re looking for a good vet this is the place you would go and I would highly recommend it their service is excellent and a treat your pet as if it was their own their own thank you for all that you do
We drive from Knoxville because we love this clinic! Dr Archer and the other doctors are amazing and the techs and receptionists are kind and helpful. Our dogs are always happy to see the whole staff!
I got my Gertie from MAARC. I took her there and the vet examined her didn’t say a word which was weird. The assistant helped me with her microchip. That was back in mid February. Later I got pet insurance and had to take her in for an orthopedic exam. I was told by the vet and assistant that she didn’t have any issues but that was it. That was excellent despite her being about six years old. Why do these vets not explain things to you? It would be helpful! Anyways, her examination and conditions were recorded accurately as reported to my pet insurance. The office staff are wonderful and always have her meds ready for pick up right away. The prices are expensive. The building is antiquated and it looks like they need a new facility. It feels all scrunched up inside there. I’m happy she is healthy.
Cooper and I had a very good experience at this Vet Clinic very happy they were short-handed but still took the time to hear what I had to say and make suggestions to me they are amazing I also had a question about my turkeys and they took the time to listen and talk to me about that too I’m quite pleased and glad to have found them for our veterinarian for our babies
The staff was kind and gentle with my high anxiety dog. The worked me in and took great care of my dog. Highly recommend Dr. Archer!!

What Can I Say in words .They ARE AWSOME .They Love All My Pets like they are their own .THEY SAVED MY JAKE LIFE .Even though me and my Husband just both got laid off in 2009 .And Couldn’t afford a lot .They have been treating all my animals for 15 yrs .And when I Had to say Good bye to My Dear Casper That Has Been Loved By us from a cute little kitten Till His 19 Years in human years .I Had to take him to another vet to Be put to sleep because of serious Gastrol Cancer…Both of the Vets Office Sent me Cards with everyone signing it . It ment so much to me .He Was my LoverBoy .
